New Iberia – Funeral Services for Patricia “Patti” Carol Olsewski, 50, will be held at 4:00PM on Monday, April 16, 2012 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2012 from 12:00PM until service time. A Rosary will be recited at 2:00PM.

A native of Chicago, IL and resident of New Iberia, Patti passed away at 8:03AM on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her residence. She devoted her life to being a mother and enjoyed volunteering at the Humane Society.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Zajac of New Braunfels, TX; her fiancé, Kenny Miguez of New Iberia; sister, Karen Combi and husband Rick of Katy, TX; brother, Robert Olsewski of Schaumburg, IL; three nieces, Peaches and Dorothy of Schaumburg, IL and Sera of Katy, TX; one nephew, Ed of Schaumburg, IL; and her best friend, Vicki Robles and husband Richard of Rosharon, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Verna Herring Olsewski; and her grandparents, Lee and Mary Herring.
